I not sure if it's good or bad that a 2000 years old Smoke Monster who “met” a lot of people and saw all kind of things happening on the island was still amazed by him  __________________

Yeah.
My personal canon is that Smokey didn't trust him either, so he came up with that totally unnecessary and time-consuming plan to manipulate the candidates into killing each other, instead of manipulating Ben immediately into doing it. The direct way could have saved so much time for other things :/ Well, whatever.  __________________

Do you have a favorite episode?
