Oh thats really really hard.
The shipper heart in me wants to go with the Sayid one but ... Locke making a crib for baby Aaron. Claire/Charlie reunite in the finale or Jin/Sun reunite in the finale? __________________

Jin/Sun reunite in the finale - because I'm biased and seeing Jin remember thanks to his daughter, having never met her in life, made me sob like a baby.

I was spoiled about both, lol, but I think Sayid's death was the most unexpected - Charlie's possible doomed fate had been build up for 10 or so episodes.
Most screwed up case of mommy issues: Eloise and Daniel or MIB and Mother? __________________

That one is tough. But if we take into account the difference between their characters pre and on/post island, the ninja moves and the perfect aim, I think Juliet wins the contest for me.
