The mom can't be Kate because she doesn't know Jack at this point and is a fugitive on the run. I'd say the mom is either Sarah or Juliet.

Ugh, typical Jack episode: boring, long-winded, and emo.

This is the first time I tolerated a Jack episode, mainly cause there were less flashbacks, but I loved the Claire bits.

So to me Claire got manipulated by her "dad" and "friend" who are lying that the Others have Aaron. They must have known the significance of Aaron being with Claire which is why they separated them.

I am thinking the Sheperd Clan have some kind of history with the island. I don't like that Claire is on the side of MIB Hopefully she can be saved.

Jin better watch out that Claire doesn't kill him when she finds out he lied, and Kate better watch her back! Although I don't mind Claire going after her. She is dead serious about killing Kate if she raised Aaron, forget that they were friends.

As usual jacob doesn't explain squat, why is he even there??? MIB is the only one giving a little answers, even if he might be lying.

the sideways aren't that much different from season 1, so does that mean jack had a kid when we met him in season 1? He could never have, he didn't talk about him at all.

Juliet is more likely IMO. Kate is way too young to have a teenage son in 2004 and David has Juliet's (EM's) eyes.

Does anyone find the pacing really bad this season? There are crawling and there is no sense of urgency!

I was originally leaning towards Kate - almost instantly but then I realized the kid seems to have a stable life and mom and we have already seen that Kate is on the run.

I'm saying Juliet. It has to be. It would shock the hell out of me.

My problem with these Jack episodes is that there's never much of anything new. Same old storyline every time. Daddy issues. He's constantly shoved down our throats, and I hate characters like that.

Thank God Hurley saved the episode from being a complete waste like that one about his damn tattoos.

Ep was okay. Again.. nothing special.
I don't know.. maybe i'm just not excited anymore but these eps haven't been doing much for me.

Wanna know who the mom is, and Jack looked good in the AU. Besides that..

David looks like a younger version of Tyler Evans/Logan Huffman. One could get the impression that Darlton used V as inspiration for their casting choice.
