They said he died in 2004, when the plane crashed. He died on the island.

No I think Jin dies. They said we would know the last 2 of the Oceanic 6 so I assume Jin was also one with Sun, unless he didn't get off the island and Michael is the other one. So I assume he has died.
When he said the two months thing, i thought it was like a story but I can see how it is a flashback, he was still working for Sun's father at that time, it seems. I still don't know who to trust, cause the people are saying Ben is evil, which he is, because I am sure he might have used those Dharma people bodies and used them for the crash, yet Sayid is working for him in the future, so it's like what to believe. In the preview for next week, they say someone dies, so I wonder who that is. __________________

Well she looked pretty sad to me to be faking it. And it was on his grave.

Yeah that's why I think it is Jin, Jack does have this story about one of the original Oceanic 6 dying, maybe he is talking about Jin.

Monique - I think Sayid is working for Ben because he was forced to work for him. The only reason why he's doing that is because he;s trying to protect the people he left behind, not because he's on Ben's side.

This episode was really really good.
Jin and Sun are the perfect example of characters that have grown on me to the point where I care about them just as much as I do Jack, Kate and Hurley. I loved Jin in this episode. His response when he came back from fishing was amazing. __________________

When I was watching the episode I knew Jin was supposed to die (I'm a recovering spoiler junkie ), but after watching the episode I was convinced that Jin for some reason is allowing everyone to think he's dead. Because honestly, what was the point of his flashback besides to just throw us off? It had no purpose as a FB.
So my theory is for some reason he is letting everyone think he's dead. Maybe its a way of protecting Sun in some way? I just refuse to accept that he's really dead. That just doesn't sit with me. __________________

I KNEW his was a flashback.. there wouldn't have been any other reason for that man in the store to say 'it's the year of the dragon' for shats and giggles.. so I looked it up quick times, lmao.
Year 2000, sooo.. Quote:

Good episode. Poor Jin, though, never getting to see his baby. I really liked Juliet's determination to save Sun and her baby, and I'm glad Sun finally came to her senses at the end.
