I don't care for Jack either, but isn't it a little strange that his dead father is walking around the island, that the island made him crash on it in the first place (with his sister and "special" nephew), and that now it's pulling him back? There is some kind of connection.

I should say out of the 4 of them, I think Jack is the least connected to the island.

Ewe ... a Miles/Claire union is not on a top list of things I want to see. Miles does give me the creeps though sometimes. But not because of his psychic ability or anything like that. It's something to do with Him personally. I get a weird vibe about his character.

But, yeah, he does talk to dead people. However, I think it's more too. I think he has this sixth sense where he can actually feel/see things too. Like when he picked up on the location that Danielle and Carl were shot, killed, and buried? IF Jacob is Aaron, maybe he can pick up on his energy (soul)?

Yeah, I think I can understand why you might be confused about the Claire warning. Although, for me, my speculation would be that Claire is warning Kate not to bring Aaron back because it's not safe too. If bad things happened on the island in three years, how do we know that Miles, Charlotte, or even Dan didn't have a further agenda on the island? Or maybe the people of the island split and both sides are battling over getting Jacob/Aaron back because they know he's reborn? I'm pretty sure Jacob was/is dead because of what we heard/saw in the end of season 3 when Ben took Locke to the cabin. But who knows how the writers may twist it or not.

Yeah, the frieghter explosion, I was just using it to back up a Jacob/Aaron theory because if he was Jacob, the island wouldn't have wanted that frieghter to explode until Jacob/Aaron was off of it. Of course, it falls in line that the others weren't meant to die either.

Yup, "help me" is defintiely open for interpretation. But it's definitely interesting that supposedly Lcoke was the only one to hear it. Like Jacob/the voice didn't want Ben to hear his plea or "instruction" if that's what it is.

And I agree, joking aside, no pedo stories please. I hope the network would never go there.

I admit, that union doesn't attract me either. Yeah he freaks me out not because of his abilities, it's similar to your reason, his personality. Something about him is creepy.

You could be right, I lean more towards they are to forever be on that island. It didn't really want any of them to leave so they have to go back. Claire might be tryint to protect Aaron but someway I am sure he would go back, if it is in the future to find his birth mother. It could also have been a dream that Kate wanted, she doesn't want to return to the island and that belief could have come out in a dream.

The Aaorn/Jacob speculation/theory to the side, it's possible if not likely that Claire has met Jacob. She is supposedly in his "cabin" after all.

Something else I was wondering is if she's even really with Christian? What if Jacob was just taking the form of Christian because it's someone Claire would be familiar with? I often wondered if Jacob has been taking the forms of people from the island, especially the ones that died (like Boone, Eko's brother Yemi sp?).

I think so too.

Maybe the island let them go but planned to have them come back when it was safe to? Like maybe that's why Jacob wanted Ben to be the one to move the island and "suffer the consequences and not came back to the island" because he would be needed to gather up the others and bring them back when the time was right?
