I'm not getting my hopes up just b/c I can't figure out how they writers will get them together. Unless Claire appears in one of Desmond's dreams or a flash.

Sorry I didn't see you sooner, but it's sad to come to this thread and be reminded of all the missed potential of Des/Claire, as friends and as more than friends.

I can't help but think that maybe this pairing was hurt when the creators set an end date for the show. They seemed to be setting something up, and then . . . nothing, but maybe they just had to start moving the plot forward more quickly and Des/Claire got pushed to the wayside. Either way, sad.
