I bet Jack knows what Juliet feels about him - not the case for Kate's feelings...Did the kiss happen in the rain ? Oh, and I need some screencaps!

No it wasn't in the rain but yeah Juliet something to Jack like "Ben knows how I feel about you" and thats when Jack leaned in and kissed her and then gave her a hug.

I was so happy to see Jack finding Kate.

Honestly, to me, the kiss was more about Jack trying to fix things for Juliet. It kind of reminded me of the situation with Sarah, like he feels as though he has to make things right for her.

Anyway, hopefully there's more Jate scenes to come!

At least Jack and Kate had some interaction tonight. It was good. I love how he tended to her wounds, making sure she was okay.

The Jack/Juliet kiss, well, yes, it's contrived. Jack is in love with Kate, but of course things are too complicated and now they made it even more complicated with the latest Jack/Juliet interaction. However, I'm not worried about it at all, because I believe Jack felt sorry for Juliet... I don't think it goes anything beyond that. He loves Kate, and Juliet can never be Kate for him....but for now Jack has this sense of sympathy for Juliet and he wanted to make her feel better I guess. Anyway, I know we'll get our Jate eventually and it will be a billion times better than any Jacket kiss.

I will admit - I was screaming at the tv, "Jack, don't kiss her!!!!"

It was a sweet moment. *ducks* But in the end, we all know what it's going to be. Hello, Eggtown.

"I just wanted you to know that what I said back there.....I didn't mean it."

I'm just at a point where I want something more.

Jack tending her wounds, Kate leaning on him for support was pure love. And when Jack called Kate out[something he's always done] and made her tell him her reason for staying was awesome. I loved the look in their eyes. I almost got the gist she was going to tell him something else, if you know what I mean. Like, "Sawyer and I are over."

But, never. Because TPTB likes to torture us and make us wait forever. *sigh*

it was fairly random that they all of the sudden kissed.....I mean, they havent really had any intimate moments since the last kiss. if fact, I wouldnt even qualify that as an intimate moment. I feel like tonight was the first intimate moment they have ever had and it was because she was honest and scared and like some of you said, he wanted to make her feel better. she also admitted her feelings, something Kate has yet to do. I do at the moment like this relationship because it may stop Jack from becoming this angry person that he is started to become. at least he wont be alone.

and loved the Jate scenes! wished they had more eye sex! btw, new on the thread, but I have read before, just never posted!

IMO the JJ kiss seemed force from Jack. Like he knows how he feels about Kate but the fact that he thinks Kate is all into Sawyer maybe he feels he needs to move on and here is Juliet who is willing to be that for him, but in the end Juliet's great but she's no Kate

Yeah, I got the 'forced' vibe a little. I mean, honestly - the kiss was kind of random even when I knew it was coming. But I do think it was genuine. Like he wants to be able to move on with Juliet because Kate has done nothing to make Jack believe anything has changed since he told her he loves her.

Did anyone else get the vibe that Jack was a tad fed up with Kate when he was asking her why she stayed?

I'm hearing there is a long camera shot of them from farther away making the audience wonder who might have been watching the little kiss. Right ? Then is it Kate? Ben?

^I'm hoping for this scenario. Kate has to learn she isn't the only woman in Jack's life, and HAS to show him her feelings. Plus that will be a good twist : Jack and Juliet talking about Ben, and what if he learns something happened between them and then BOUM! The audience thinks it's Ben, but WTF! That's Kate.

Okay, I loved the ep tonight! Jate just OWNED! I wanted Kate to get a bit hurt (once I saw in the sneak peak she was hit on the head), in hopes Jack would find her and tend to her, love how we got that! How he rushed over to her, and how everything else just faded away to him, amazing. Juliet's face, seeing just how much Jack cared for Kate, excusing herself, Jack not really noticing, tending to Kate so gently, so sweet!

I also loved how they talked about why she chose to stay, but even more, that Kate was honest about it. They need all the honesty they can get.

As for the ending Jacket kiss, it was sweet, but not intense like the Jate one (I wish Kate had witnessed it). I find it interesting how Jack looked at Juliet and kissed her after she told him '...and he knows the way I feel about you', in that moment Juliet gave him something that Kate hasn't given him directly yet, the truth -that she has feelings for him. Granted, we all know Kate's in love with him and vice-versa, but Jack's definitely done the ultimate confession of feelings with his 'because I love you', and is still waiting for something in return. So, I really think that's the main reason he went in for the kiss and initiated it, Juliet gave him something he's been wanting/needing (in a way), just knowing there's someone out there who cares about him and isn't afraid to admit it. I also agree with the fact, Jack is kinda getting a bit irked at how slow things seem to be progressing between him and Kate. He's a grown man who's been hurt before and has fallen in love again (probably thinking he never would), he's put himself out there time and time again, and after a bit it just begins to wear on him. He just wants solidification that Kate shares his feelings. I do think Kate will get to that point, this season has been amazing for Jate so far (in fact, to me we haven't gotten this great Jateness since S1)...I think it's just more about waiting, since the writers like to do that to us, lol. All in all, it just re-confirmed everyone else revolves around Jack and Kate.
