What do you guys think has changed between them in those past couple of hours? There is a definite shift in their relationship that we saw in TBOTE. They're so much more comfortable. Why do you guys think that is?

lol, ok. well, i think it has to do with how casual their last interaction was. IMO, he kind of simplified everything between them. the one thing that they kept dancing around is out in the open and that's it. no need to pretend like he doesn't care. she knows how he feels, so he can act like himself again. She knows how he feels, so she doesn't have to question her feelings or anything else anymore.
the fact that it was casual, i think, is important as well. it shows that he wasn't making a big deal out of it. like it should have been obvious and like she should already know. he didn't make a big deal, so neither did she.

ive noticed that since they came back from the others, Jack act more sweet with Kate dont u think? he was more hard with her before that happens

Great point Shira. I totally agree. He's put everything out there for her so now she knows how he feels. The ILY immediately changed everything between them.
