Definitely. I've never heard of any show taking a year and a half hiatus and coming back. It's just utterly insane. Nobody would be interested anymore. I choose to believe this whole thing will be over in a couple of weeks.

Maybe I'm too optimistic?

Okay, so at least for now ABC is sticking with the old plan to start airing the episodes in February. That's good, that's all we can ask from it, since the strike is out of their hands.

I don't care whether it'll feel like putting down HP book right in the middle, I just want new footage. 1 or 8 episodes...(obviously the more the better) I don't care, I just want something new.

That Matt quote is far from new.

It's from last fall regarding the capture circumstances, the choice of words is a little different but the context is the same.

ETA: Okay I don't know about that quote... since it was at the spoiler section... But since the article was about season 3 dvd I guess he was talking about I Do and all...
