You could tell she was thinking, "What in the world was Juju doing kissing him? He's MINE."  Seriously though she probably realized that all this time she had been the only one on his mind.__________________

| I love how right before the ILY, she's ADMITTING, that Jack was doing something Sawyer would never do. Jack would stand up for Sawyer, even though Sawyer wouldn't for him. Kate realizes and maybe has always known that Jack is the better guy ~~~~~~~ Okay its 2 AM and I have classes to worry about.
