I also deleted some old title suggestions that are no longer relevant, so I hope that's ok. And I was thinking, do we really need the music video and links sections?  Just a thought. Diana, yeah, I just didn't think it was relevant anymore I can bring it back but then we'll have to post the links to the recent Jate scenes and we'll never hear the end of it  | |||

| Elite Fan | Well Diana, I put the promo link back at #160 because there was a huge hype around the hand holding scene and while I do think it was the best Jate scene ever, I don't think we need to leave that link at the first post unless we're planning on adding other links. I also wasn't about cleaning out the post, I simply suggested to narrow down the quotes [which I did, but I also uploaded the entire list we had to the site and left most of the quotes at the first post]. You guys were all about drastically changing the first post so there's no need to feel uncomfortable or angry by my ideas. | |||

I still wish we had seen child!Kate in a flashback, but alas, that didn't happen. What I did think was interesting was how Kate was asking/thinking about Jack like every five seconds. Her expression when Juliet told her about her breaking Jack's heart was heartbreaking. At that point I thought the Jate was over for the episode but I was wrong! We then get a scene of Kate asking if Jack actually said that to Juliet, and the way Kate's voice was so low and soft when she said, "that I broke his heart" was just so sad. Then Juliet went all stalker mode with all the things she knows about Jack (weight and height, WTF?) and Kate was just like, "Well, biatch, I know HIM." And then we got the Jate scenes! Juliet redeemed herself in my eyes just a little when she said Kate should be the one to go get Jack. Did anyone else chuckle when Kate went to wake him up and he started so suddenly that she kind of flew into the wall? Poor girl. And then with the whole "I'm sorry" thing and then helping him up. If anyone, ANYONE cannot see that it is JACK that Kate loves, then they are truly blind. I did like how the flashbacks tied in together. In the flashback, Kate did something for someone she loved to help them (blowing her stepdad up so she could protect her mom), but that person didn't need/want their help. But Kate wouldn't apologize to her mother. She apologized to Jack. And though I honestly believe she has nothing to be sorry for (it wasn't KATE who blew up the submarine), I think Kate has a sorry complex. She always thinks everything is her fault. Seriously, go back and watch the episodes and take note of how many times Kate apologizes for things. But this ep showed that when the time comes, Kate is willing to apologize for when she truly is wrong - it's great character growth. And also, I just might add, if Kate truly loved Sawyer in the way that so many people seem to think she does, why on earth would she be so guilty that she broke Jack's heart? If she loved Sawyer, yeah, she'd be upset a little about breaking Jack's heart but she'd make him see that Sawyer is the one she loves. She would not break down the way she did. Multiple times, btw. I love Jack and Kate so much. | |||
