I loved the role he played on The Practice. He was so creepy!

He was in Saw? Oh my...as scary as he is on Lost I can only imagine what he's like in Saw.

ITA. I can't watch those types of movie either.
Back to the title...I love that Ben is so polite when he tortures people. It's quite entertaining if a little unnerving. __________________

Maybe he's trying to tone down the bad buy label.
Plus he's so clean and neatly dressed. It's hilarious. __________________

And he's always introducing himself to new people. "Hi, I'm Benjamin Linus." Dude, you're a villain! Just kill them all!
But that's what makes him so refreshing and a pleasure to watch. TMBTC was awesome. The intrigue is still there even though we now know his story. __________________

And I'm really interested to see how they're going to play the whole "Is Ben really the good guy?" That seems to be the question now that he's telling the survivors that they can't leave the island. Was he really telling the truth?
I agree about Ben's character. I think that's what makes him more believeable in a way. If he were the typical villian it would probably make the viewer go, "What is this?" The way he's presented is very interesting which makes the viewer look past that villian stereotype. __________________

Agreed. He's not the archetype villain that's all sneer and one dimensional. Ben is a layered character and brilliantly written. ME does a superb job with him.
I believe him when he told Jack the people on the ship aren't rescue. I just wonder what will become of him next season. Things weren't look great for Ben. __________________
