Am I the only one who got fed up with the smug way Hurley treated Sawyer in Enter 77? Sure Sawyer's done plenty bad, but he's interesting, Hurley's boring as hell. Sawyer was ganged up on in that ep and Hurley was leader of the gang. His smugness really got on my nerves. What's he got to be smug about? He's a boring dull character, weak and dreary. And seriously, his flashbacks are as dull as hell and the focus on him in Tricia Tanaka is Dead was a serious waste of screen time. He doesn't deserve to have episodes wasted on him. Enough of Hurley already. Please, no more Hurley episodes. How about we replace Hurley with that cat from Enter 77? I like cats. They're not boring like Hurley is.

The first ep of the new season pissed me offf with all the focus on Hurley being a pain in the ass. When he threw the walkey in the ocean I wanted to hit the dumb jerk. Hurley is a waste of screen time.

I like Hurley only in his scenes with Sawyer, otherwise he's just too boring or used for cheap comedic relief. I find his centric episodes to be the worst episodes of every season; I dont know why he gets them when a character of his type is only good in small amounts imo. I find him equivalent to Dorota on gossip girl (Blair's maid), where they work as secondary foils to the good characters on the show.

His romance with Libby was one of the worst plotlines on the show proving that the only thing worse than comdic!Hurley is serious!Hurley.
