Oh yeah, I'm sure that some are really okay But the one that Miranda described is really crazy and not likable at all! I bet they sometimes forget that celebrities are just human beings as well.

Penned by Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O'Brien, the first Neighbors revolved around a couple (Rogen, Byrne) with a new baby who are forced to live next to a fraternity house and do whatever they can to take it down. Cohen and O'Brien are back for the sequel, which will have a female twist. This time a sorority moves in next door to the couple, who enlist their former nemeses from the fraternity to help battle the raucous sisters.

Universal is prepping the sequel for a summer shoot.

Thanks for bringing those over Miranda!!

I have yet to see the first Neighbors but I'm glad that it was a hit and was giving a chance for a second film!

It seems that he has found his niche when it come to a genre of film projects but I love that he still steps his foot into the indie dramas too.

A second Neighbors movie? Okay, that's for sure a movie I won't ever see. I so hated the first one. I'm still happy for him that it was really successful and that there'll be a second one Great for Zac career-wise.

And I so agree, I love Sami with her dark hair! Looks so much better.
