Another question popped into my head when I again watched the Fame trailer. Kay's character says "I was the best singer at my old school". This means she'll sing in the movie... Is she so talented in singing?

I'm really not sure, but if she sings I guess she should be! I've never heard her sing in any of her other projects, that I can remember of.

I think that every character in Fame sings.. so there is a very good chance that we will get to hear her sing at least a little bit during the movie.

I don't think everybody sings... The school looks for students who have different talents... Some can dance like hell, others sing, play an instrument and so on. Every kid in there has his special talent.
