Yeah even tho it's not about him since Haley knows about it, but he can't have the discussion whenever it comes to Dan.. I mean, my siblings and I don't have to come to talk and see what they said.. Shrug..

He was still close with Luke, so I don't see why he couldn't give an speech at LP's wedding. Nathan and Brooke were never that close and she still spoke at NH's wedding.

I felt like Skill would be the best choice for it since both know each other much longer and Skill always told him to go w/ his heart even tho he know that Lucas still in love w/ Peyton unlike Nathan.. Shrug..
