Peyton had great reasons to cry lol. Even in S5, when the love of her life who clearly still loved her was marrying someone else because he was too much of an coward to admit his feelings.

She was more gutsy than Luke ever was lol and always ended up telling him she felt, he was just too much of an coward to do anything about it. He spent a lot running away from his heart than she ever did.
