Family Affair GUESS WHO’S COMING TO DINNER — Nathan (James Lafferty) tries to keep Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) calm after Taylor (guest star Lindsey McKeon) shows up at their house with Quinn’s (Shantel VanSanten) ex-husband (guest star Scott Holroyd) in tow. Julian (Austin Nichols) sticks up for Alex (guest star Jana Kramer) on the set of their movie, and Brooke (Sophia Bush) leans on Alexander (guest star Mitch Ryan) to ease her heartache. NP, hun! Me too. Sounds like a funny episode, and it's gonna be interesting seeing the James' girls dynamic, and their guys. I already love the sneak peek we got of NH. Looking forward to see how Nate deals with all of this Poor guy!
Forgot to post this promo as well: And the sneak peek: |

This episode was actually really funny. I think it was a cute filler. Good scenes with Nathan/Clay and NH and ever NJ. I enjoyed it.

I loved the eppy. It was funny and the NH and NJ scenes were so great. I also floved the BH scene, just wished that Nathan had stuck around
Nathan was excellent in this eppy, he was totally the cool headed one. As much as I would have loved Nathan to tell Taylor to shove it, I believe he played his part really convincingly The part where the girls started fighting and Quinn pushed them in the pool. I couldn't stop laughing at Nathan's facial reactions and David and Clay beside him were funny aswell. It was a cute eppy and I enjoyed it. __________________

I did like this episode a lot, and there was more Nathan and NH than I thought there was going to be, so that is always a plus.
My favorite thing was when Nathan said something like 'yeah, you seem fine.' LOL. Just the expression on James' face was priceless. I also think that NH reversed roles or something because Nathan was reading again, and then Haley. When she made the potatoes into the waste basket I was like WTF she has never been able to make basketball shots before, lol. Must have been freaky Friday at NH's house. That ending scene was love though, all snuggled up. And them giving each crap about each of their dysfunctional families. My only complaint right now is where in the fockery did Mouth and Lauren's storyline from? OTH needed Scott, so Allison just came along for the road trip? I mean I like the girl and everything, but that was just so out of place and disrupted the flow of the episode. __________________

I love the episode!
Unlike the one last week, he had lots of scenes. And he was perfect in every single of them. How funny was him playing the video game with Chuck? LOL, he really doesn't like to lose. And NH were so cute. I seriously loved everything! __________________

I LOVED the episode. The James' girls & their guys dynamic were awesome. Freaked out, pouty Haley and calm but still freaked out Nathan were oh so cute. I loved Haley's attempts to ruin everything for Taylor and David, and her outbursts when everyone else was calm but her. LMAO. Nathan's calm attitude was so adorable, and he had some of the funniest lines and expressions, along with Hales.
The pool fight was such a crazy James girls to do, and the scene afterwards was intense, especially with how yelling and teary the girls were. I liked Nathan's talk with David. He wasn't team Quinn nor team David. He was fair, and his line about David telling Haley that he yelled at him if she asked was hilarous. Nathan's scene with Jamie/Chuck had me LMAO so much. The dialogue was sooo funny! On a shallow note, Nate looked so hot and guttery in that black tights. Last edited by Poupa; 01-27-2010 at 10:18 AM |
