YES! I don't know what is so captivating about all these director!pictures but gah, I just drool over them more than I do his normal pics. Well first I love what he is wearing. He looks so damn good in those shorts, the flip flops, the baseball hat, and that sweater. I think it's different seeing him SO serious in all the pics! But you can tell by his seriousness, that he takes this directing gig seriously and really does put his all into it.

Totally. People were impressed by his directing, posters and critics. It was a positive thing, and might lead to another episode being directed by him.
