As many other people have posted above me, there are a lot of choices from the S5 OTH professional photoshoots that would be awesome as a new header for the board, so I won't repost those. But here are some photos of James from his more recent appearences that would work great just as well.

These photos would work very well together or mixed with out recent photos of James (you can view all the photos here but you need a login and password).

As for color choice, I really like blue and gray tones, similar to what Sally selected.
