Yeah, it definitely would have been. I still wish they told each other they loved each other when they were together. But I am thinking that Wade didn't really know how to label all the feelings he was feeling for Zoe. Until he lost her.

It makes me think of that song, you don't know what you got til its gone...

But I really don't think he knew he loved her until he lost her. But with that said, the end of season 2 wouldn't have been the same or as good if they said it earlier.

Yeah, I agree. I have always thought of the saying "You don't know what you have until it's gone" when I think of Zoe and Wade's relationship. He didn't know he was in love until he didn't have her anymore. I am glad that once Wade realized that it was love that he did everything he could to win her back. Even if he didn't work out the way he wanted at the time. But I definitely think the realization that it might be love was almost instant.

What about for Zoe, when did she realize it you think? When she was so heartbroken maybe?

That's a hard one because she may not have realized it until later in season 3 honestly.

I think it is really hard because she was going through so much denial most of the time. I think she somewhat knew she loved him in 2x22, especially since Zoe did admit to Wade to having deep feelings for him, but I think she was in denial that it was actually love through most of season 3.

That's why it's hard... and she didn't want to love him. But I think she finally could admit and know and be okay with it later in season 3.

Yeah, like Lemon said, she didn't want to love Wade because he hurt her, but it didn't make it any less the truth. I think if there was any point that denial was going away it was for sure the moment in 3x21. Even though she STILL tried to deny it when Lemon confronted her.

It really was. And I think it was a Zoe thing to do too because it was her way of running away from her feelings since dealing with her feelings was hard.
