Yeah, I think it is much different than meeting him, and then actually knowing him. She met him, but for Zoe in that moment she thought she was just talking to a complete stranger who was just offering her a job. She had no idea she was talking to her father.

Yeah, Harley definitely must have known that Zoe didn't know who he was, especially when Zoe told him that she wanted to become a Cardiothoracic surgeon like her father. Harley could have easily told her right in that moment that he was her father, but he didn't. I am sure that he figured that eventually the truth would come out.

Yeah, it's too bad that he wasn't. But I do think it was sweet that Harley thought of having the postcards sent to Zoe even after his death. His hope was definitely for Zoe to work at the practice. Glad that his hope did come true even if he didn't get to see it
