Very true so hopefully the air quality will be better

ETA: all schools are closed tomorrow because of the air quality so that means no work, which extra day of vacation but kind of sucks for parents since it’s last minute so they need to find last minute care for tomorrow or take a day off work

We have that with snow days up here so I get it.

Well it is really bad so I get it too just kind of sucks for the parents that it’s last minute

But I mean that happens a lot when snow is involved...a lot of jobs are pretty good about not making people work when that happens. Hopefully it is the same there.

But we don’t get snow here although there was that day when they canceled school because there was supposed to be a bad rain storm, it wasn’t that bad

But I think our school district is really good about getting those phone calls, emails, texts out to the parents when school is closed and they do still have time to find care or take off work for tomorrow

I find it funny that sister only talks to me now when she wants me to do something for her or she needs a favor from me- like she needs me to print coupons for her or she needs a gift card number

ETA: I knew as soon as sister found out parents fellowship was canceled again tonight that she would make Mom stay until tomorrow afternoon, but then Mom basically gets no break until Thanksgiving because she has to go back to sister’s Sunday afternoon since sister has an appointment early Monday morning and she’s staying there until Thanksgiving


So glad they closed the schools today because the air quality is worse today
