She used to, now I think she is less involved in styling herself and depends on her stylist more, she is busy 24/7 , she has a kid. Just look at these pics.

Nicole is kind of boring now, she has kids too , so probably is always busy as Rachel I think Rachel can update stylist if she signs a brand new show.

Age does not matter, I agree, but since Rachel is very busy with a young kid, Nicole is same she also has young kids, moms with kids have little time, Rachel needs someone who can devote a lot of time for her.
