I wish our school district would announce something about Fall, from what I saw of the survey it doesn’t look like it will be full days of school, it looks like kids will either go in the morning or the afternoon, and there will be at least one day of distance learning, in class maybe 3-4 days for half a day

We won't hear until probably mid-August.

We’re supposed to start in mid August, so they can’t wait that long, it kind of makes it hard for child care to plan stuff if we don’t know how school looks like in Fall

We start the beginning of September...but that only gives people 2 weeks.

That’s not enough time either

Plus given all the regulations that have to happen before schools can meet in person, they really should start earlier

They are working on it now but the state says that is when they are due. Sigh.

I mean I assume school will meet in person even if it’s only part time, only because they are still enrolling students for Fall

Yeah, the plan as I heard it was either hybrid or you can do online only.

I think having the option of if they want to do online or do the hybrid is good, because I know some parents that don’t feel safe sending their kids to school right now so having that online option is good for them

And I'm over here like, my kids can go to school all day every day.
