 Last day of training today before program starts tomorrow, hopefully it goes okay, we’re learning about allergies and then we have to practice the check in system before tomorrow __________________

Since it’s all new I think it’s important to learn since all the group leaders will be in morning or afternoon extended care at some point during the next 6 weeks so rather you do check in or check out they need to learn the process and system

So we have to get there by 7:30 tomorrow to help set up, the check in system doesn’t seem that hard, if they haven’t created a profile yet they need to do that, other than that hopefully things go okay, it looks like there’s about 20-30 kids in morning extended care and 40 kids in the afternoon extended care

It really isn’t, much better than 70 plus kids
I think 20-30 kids is manageable with 5-6 staff each week for morning extended care and check in Oh the person in charge will be there tomorrow, not sure if she’s going to be there the whole week but she’s definitely going to be there tomorrow I’m pretty sure I still have to handle the check in though so I know how to do it when she can’t come__________________

especially with only 6 staff on morning extended care, and we need at least 2 to handle check in , so it’s good it’s only 20-30 kids, more manageable The only bad thing about morning extended care is I have to go to bed early so I can wake up by 6:30 so I can get there by 7:30 __________________
