Yeah. It is. He could have been a character who showed up every few episodes in the town because he was considered part of Bluebell.

Yeah, I think so too. It was another great Bluebell event that we didn't get to see a second one of. And it was one of those annual events so its not like it wouldn't make sense to see it again.
