Yeah see? You can't squee when you see these guys. And you kind of hope you come across as business like. I don't actually interview them, but I have to work on the crew and alot of times, have to set them up for sound check and all that. You can't go up to them and put a mike on them and go, "BTW, can I have an autograph?"

Sometimes I envy the crew on a well established TV show like a comedy show (not like ET or something like that). They can do whatever they want - get autographs and pictures...because they all know each other and are like a family unit. Those of us who are in the "media" side have to thread carefully!

Ah I understand.

I will probably watch transformers later. I'll see if we don't have much to do.

I'm hopefully seeing Transformer tomorrow night. Exciting! I saw Ratatouille today, that was really cute actually. I love Remy, he was really done well.

How did everyone spend their weekend? I spent it with Soldier in the morning, Tras and Cresta afterwards and then at the Strawberry Festival! That was delicious. Afterwards, my friend and I went to watch my niece ride.

Thought you would like to see what Cresta looks like now, she's gotten big:

Hi all

Teena, I love you icon And good news, they are finally showing 'Zodiac' here next week .

Jazz, I saw a promo for 'Ratatouille' last night, looking good .

They also had one for 'Transformators' - not sure if I'll go and see it though .

Gay, you met Westlife?

Teena - You need to learn how to squee silently. But you know, you get used to it and when you really want in, you tend to go into that mode anyways...the ambitious mode.

Nad - I hope you see both. Ratatouille is cute as a button but Transformers' special effects are amazing...and should only be seen on the big screen. Seriously.

Gay - Did you see Transformers? What did you think?

nad, thanks. princess diana is one of my idols & i thought i'd use the avatar to coincide with the concert to commemorate her bday & 10th death anniversary.

jazz, if it were i guess i'd have to go to some room and squee in private first before talking to those celebrities.

Nope I haven't seen Transformers. Heck! I haven't even seen Fantastic 4! I'll be watching F4 tomorrow - with or without friends. Then next week, I'll deal with Transformers. Then the week after it's Harry Potter! I'm going to be busy.

Nad Yep, I met Westlife. I had interviewed Shane and Mark. I was an intern at a local TV station and I love them so I asked one of the producers if I can join in. He said yes. I think I acted starstruck rather than be all media-like.

Teena - Yeah, we go into a little sound proof room...squee in there and then come out looking professional.

Gay - That's how I started out, as an intern and I don't think I was very media-like either. More star-struck than anything else until the producer told me that if I really wanted to be in the business, I needed to change a few things. So I did.

I haven't seen Fantastic 4, it wasn't really interesting to me so I never saw the first and so no point in seeing the second! I have to deal with Harry Potter this week.

Jazz, I'll try to see both, but first I gotta see HP and Zodiac next week

Teena, I only saw bits and pieces of the concert but what I saw was amazing. I hope one of the networks here will repeat it sometime soon.

Gay, cool. I love their music and would love to see them live in concert one day .

So anyone see any movies again this weekend? Did you get to see Zodiac Nad? How was it? I am waiting for DVD for that one.

I saw Transformers yet again. Took a friend who had no clue about it...and she loved it.

I didn't do much this weekend except riding in this miserable heat. I didn't ride for long on Saturday and I had a lesson on Sunday which nearly wiped me out. Poor Soldier though, he was sweating like a pig! I had to give him a bath and then put him out in the paddock to dry. He rolled all over the place and dried himself out pretty quickly.

Jazz, I finally saw 'Zodiac' last night . Pretty good movie, the cast was great - even though I had to laugh when Anthony Edwards appeared on the screen, I don't think I have seen him with that much hair since... Top Gun? I'm used to his Dr. Mark Greene look

And I got tickets for HP - we're going to see it tomorrow night .

There was a different preview for 'Transformers' last night, am I wrong or did they change the VW Bug to a Camarro (sp?)?

Nad! Anthony Edwards was in it? Really??? I loved him as Mark Greene on ER. Though I kind of stopped watching after George Clooney left because Doug was my favourite.

for tickets for HP! I'm going tomorrow. I missed the screening on Tuesday night due to work issues.

The VW Bug is a Camaro. He was a VW Bug in the series but he's a Camaro in this movie. I don't know why they changed that but you know...I still love Bumblebee regardless.

Yup, Anthony Edwards plays one of the police detectives . Hehe, someone else who stopped watching after GC left ER . Well, technically I stopped after Carol left, but since GC was back for her last episode, I'll count that as 'GC left' Doug/Carol were such a cute couple .

I'm so pumped for the new HP movie, can't wait to see it tonight Sorry to hear you missed it Tuesday

I watched Transformers last Saturday. OMG! I love it. I love love it! I mean, even people who didn't watch the series and not much into robots can enjoy the movie. Michael Bay scored high again on my chart. Well, I love BB in the movie but then the original look in the series would bring more excitement, plus it'll kinda explain his name better. But in all, I love it. I never had so much respect for a vehicle before I adore Optimus Prime for his bravery. I sound pathetic now!

next week: Harry Potter!
