How long is it supposed to take to find out if a show's been picked up or not. It just seems surprising to still not know one way or the other.

Its on cable which works a lot differently the network. They have shows year around so it may take some time before we know anything.

I see. I just figured since it's supposed to be ready for next year and it's already getting to the end of this year that we would've heard.

It's not going to start until summer so that would mean the would probably have to start filming end of fall maybe so we would probably hear something middle of fall.

I think we'll hear something very soon about LA Noir. Filming will probably happen late fall early winter for airing in the summer of 2013.

I hope so. It was also making me wonder because of all the other stuff he's filming right now. I didn't know when/if LA Noir would fit in. But late fall makes sense. At least that's not too far off.

From his twitter convos he seems excited about LA Noir so I think he would try to make his schedule fit. Thankfully with cable they only do like 13 episodes so it would only be filming for about 3-4 months compared to regular network shows that film from july - april

Oh that's right, I keep forgetting cable shows have shorter seasons. And even more so if it's a summer show. Glad he's excited though.

That's right - probably only 12 eps but I will take that if it means Milo back on my screen.

Yeah same here. I won't complain about getting any regular Milo fix.

I know I really wanna see him do a cable show. I feel cable shows seem to have better storylines, writers. I think because they don't really have to compete so much with ratings that it helps.
