Yeah I think its from the revival, I saw that guy in some pictures that were posted from behind the scenes.

Most likely it a BTS pic, but I'm pretty sure they cute some Alexis and Milo's scenes together as well.

I think it looks like the picture was taken probably before or after the scene at the Gazette, I have a feeling they didn't cut any scenes between the two. I don't think it would make sense; Rory was good person around Jess, so it made more sense for him to just come in and fix her life if she hung around him too much maybe she would have gotten her life together, and it seems they were going for terrible Rory instead.
