We definitely passed 1,000, which was our goal for this last month.

Hello All,

I have a question/suggestion for all the fans on our board here.

What would you guys think of topping one movie thread a week and having a full our dissection/discussion of the movie?

You can choose to re-watch it or not, but discussion is key.

that a really good idea i'll be able to contribute to the discussion when i'm around, but it'll less and less the closer we get to christmas, my work shift nearly double at that time of year.

No worries Lynae, Christmas can be busy for everyone!

But if the idea is accepted, we can try it out.

The only thing I'm wondering is if we should leave a movie thread topped for one month at a time or just one week.

In my opinion, I feel one week is sufficient, as conversations can still carry on in the thread even if it's not topped.

As we get closer to the end of October, it's obviously Halloween at the end of the month, so I thought we could start with some of Johnny's more thrilling movies, like Sleepy Hollow, Sweeney Todd or The Astronaut's Wife.

Does anyone else have any comments/questions/concerns/suggestions on this new idea?

I think this idea is simply marvelous! I also think one week is much better. That way conversations don't get stilled and it continually has us thinking of different Johnny movies.

I also like your idea of seasonal movies! Count me in!
