Manu, is the book situation about Chad's book?
and I'm so sorry about your sister and father. My brother has been unnecessarily pissing my father off as well, which just makes things uncomfortable  Are things a bit better now?And I'd like to rant about how I've been in the weirdest funk and unable to do anything online for a week so now I'm way behind on Chad stuff  __________________

Things are way better, it's basically peace between my dad and sister, even though we still have to see what happens when the boyfriend comes to visit
 The book situation was about an ebook, not about Chad's. But it's resolved now  __________________

i'm ranting that my best friend has had to suffer through a really hard pregnancy and now that she's had the baby last week, she is sick and may have to have surgery due to blood clots

I hate that rule too. But it's not for every board, is it? On the QAF board, there's no such rule. How does a board get rid of it???

I believe the 30 second rule doesn't apply to moderators on their own board. When I was modding the LUX board I had no problem flying through threads and now that I post elsewhere I completely forget that I can't post that quickly anymore.
