^ if so, I must say he's CRAZY! That's a great deal of money and especially in these times. Also, he could have always tried to get other roles while he filmed OTH. Just like he did with HOW and Cinderella story.

money isn't everything. There are more important things in life. Besides, Chad's got already enough money not to have to pick a role just because of how much he would earn.

i did not find a source but i did find the house on a real estate site (no i'm not being a stalker

i have the artical from intouch with a pic of the house from like ever ago and entered the price and it was on the first page haha) btw the inside is so pretty but empty completely.

i would like some news about a role though, that would be great. do we still have conformation that he is still adutioning? or is it possible that the lack of pics are because he is working? for HOTB it was never published that he signed on. but thats just wishful thinking lol

I agree, I really believe that Chad is one of those actors who does not care about money. I mean Chad has done many roles not for money, but because he believes in the roles and feels like he has a lot to offer to the part. Chad does seem like he rather do roles that are good or that he can benefit from, not make loads of money off.

It makes sense. However, he can still choose a role without it paying a lot of money and continue to earn a fairly decent amount. I get what your saying, but in times like these with the economy being exceptionally bad I think you should earn as much as you can "just in case." I don't mean to make Chad sound greedy and that is the only reason he should take a role, but so far he hasn't gotten anything and its always smart to have some on the side. Sophia has been doing it all these years and he started to do it in the beginning of the show where he worked on HOW and Cinderella, but after that he didn't play in many movies. Or maybe I'm just greedy and want to see him on my TV screen every week

Well, in my opinion, I don't want Chad not to get roles or not earn money, but getting a ridiculous amount of money (and over a million dollars for OTH is ridiculous) for a show he wanted to leave just to make him stay doesn't seem like a smart decision for Chad. I love to hear about Chad getting movie/tv roles and auditioning, etc. But I feel for him, he would only sign up for a role he really likes. It's not about how many roles you get for Chad, it's about the quality of the roles. You could have 3 movies out a year but if they are not good, then no one is going to watch them and they won't do anything to better your career.

And even though economically times are tough, Chad has a lot of money from all the roles and jobs he's had. He can support himself and his lifestyle until he gets more roles

And he doesn't waste his money on expensive things or going out a lot, he seems really money conscience (like, we don't see him always partying it up at clubs, on big trips, etc). Basically I'm just trying to say that I don't believe money is an issue for Chad at all, and I'm glad he doesn't believe it is.

But like you said, I would like Chad on my tv and movie screens more often
