Hey y'all, I'm sure many of you know that I've put together the Chad Birthday Project for the past five years. If you don't know anything about it, check the link in my signature.

I've sort of retired the project because it just kept getting bigger and bigger, and my life became busier each year. At this point, I'm pretty sure that I'll be going to Wilmington in a few weeks, and I would love to put together something small from this board. I'll try to deliver it to him myself, and if that's not possible, then I'll find someone with the show to deliver it to him. Either way, I'll make sure Chad receives it.

I don't know the exact dates I'll be in Wilmington, just that it will be either the first or second week of August, which doesn't leave a lot of time. It can be done though.

So anyway, I'm hoping you guys will be interested in this and willing to help make this a really great fan project. I'm not opening this project to the general public -- just to FFers, so hopefully you all will want to contribute for Chad's 25th birthday!

Here are some ideas for it:

+ Letters
+ Poems
+ Recommended songs (I'll burn a CD if everyone suggests two or three songs each that they think he'd like)
+ Cards
+ Answers to questions, like why we like Lucas, what our favorite Chad scene is in OTH, favorite funny/sad/etc. scene, and so on
+ Photos of yourself to go with a letter or note

Please submit any and all of these! Please also post any suggestions you have! I'd love ideas to make this as creative as possible.

If you want to send in an actual card, PM me. It would need to be sent ASAP if you're in another country.

Actual submissions go to submissions@chadbirthdayproject.com, and PM me to let me know you've sent something in so I can make sure I got it.

Hey Roxy, I'm so thrilled that you will be handling this cause I wouldn't know where to start.

Umm you didn't put it in there, can we make arts for him? I have an idea for a family art for him, would it be okay? Non CSor CK just his family.

And if I have a song idea to I give you the link or will you upload it?

Oh and shall I PM whatever I do to you, or email it to that address?

I usually allow art, but I'm generally pretty weary of it, just because I wonder if it's odd for him to get a book full of pictures of himself, LOL. I would also hate to include anything made from private pictures that he wouldn't want in the public.

That said, send it anyway because chances are, I'll include it. I'll let you know if there's a problem.

If you have a song already uploaded, that's definitely helpful, but if you don't have it available, I'll try to find it.

E-mail any submissions or uploaded songs to the address, but PM me as well to let me know you've e-mailed it so I can make sure I received it. I don't want to miss anyone!

Oh okay. Haha I understaand about the art. And if it's not "approiate" then thats totally cool. I'll do a bunch of different things off the list you made just in case.

And I topped this thread, I hope you don't mind. I figured after you are finished then you can untop it.

I actually might participate. Yeah I probably couldnt deliver it to him because Roxy is going before me. Im going to Wilmy when there is another charity game which probably wont be around his birthday. But I will try to participate and thanks Roxy for doing this every year!

Thansk for offering! I definitely would've taken you up on the offer in the past, but I'm trying to keep it pretty small (just to this board) since there's so such little time left, and I want it to stay manageable. Thank you so much though!

I hope all of y'all considering participating will!

If you guys have any suggestions for songs he might like, please post them!

And if you have any music videos of Chad you want to include, that would also be awesome.
