1) Friends way before the shooting of the OC began.
2) Attended the same acting class.
3) Friends with the same group of people.
4) During shooting for The Pilot episode of The OC, Adam made a comment about him being higher than Rachel. She personally thought he's an A$$hole.
5) After attending the Big in '03 award show, A&R t.p.-ed their celeb-friends houses.
6) In an Emmy '03 after party, A&R were seen grinding on the dance floor.
7) Spotted at their local Target. Someone's ear-shot, Rachel told Adam to not look since she was getting him something.

it is indead really sad, but like Steph said, it is their live, so I just hope they are happ and make the best out of it and maybe one day get back together....you never know and hope dies last!

RACHEL & ADAM BACK ON!

While Rachel is furious with Misca over her dig at the OC, the shows cancellation has at least brought one positive result for the actress – she and Adam Brody are back together.
The reconciliation comes just a month after the young couple broke up. ‘Working and living together was just to much for Rachel and Adam’ explains a friend.
But now that the show is in its last season and they’ll soon no longer be co-stars, the couple have decided to give things another shot.
It seems Rachel has forgiven Adam’s post-break-up behaviour. After their split he dated several of Hollywood’s more prominent young starlets, including Ashlee Simpson and Lindsay Lohan.
Rachel, on the other hand remained firmly single, preferring instead to maintain a low profile by keeping out of the dating scene and only partying with girlfriends.
Friends say the pair have gone back to basics in their efforts to rekindle their love and have started going out on casual dates together. They’ve also decided to keep the reconciliation low-key, at least for the moment. They’re taking things slowly reveals a pal.
