Damn you Kara.

From the last thread:
Safia, I had two weeks of holidays. And tomorrow, I go back for one week of school. And then for five weeks, I'm on study leave, so I won't have to be at school unless I have an exam. And after the 17th (my last exam), I finish school for the year & don't go back until January next year.

It's my mum's birthday today. She's getting old, heh.

I'll tell her "a friend" said that. My family is taking her out for dinner. She's having a joint dinner birthday party with someone else's family. Meh. I'll have to act nice to strangers.

ETA: I just went to the dinner party thingymabob. And it was so funny. The two father's (mine and the other family) were getting drunk off their asses, and we had like six bottles of wine on the table. And the other family's dad was so hilarious. This girl passed, and he thought it was a waitress, so he asked, "Can we get some more napkins?" and the girl coldly replied, "I'm NOT a waitress." I cracked up so much.

Yes, I did. I think I slightly got a bit tipsy (their family gave me a RTD for the sake of it, heh) but I sobered up once my brother's gf bought me a chocolate bar.

Thanks Kristen.

And thank you too Steph. The strangers I actually have met once before, except the daughter and son went to my old high school. And the father is my mum's rep for one of the wine companies.

I had my first day of school today. As much as I hate revision work, it was nice seeing everyone again. Everyone told everyone stories, and it was fun. Everyone was talking about the article that was in the herald magazine yesterday. They did a feature on 'teen queens in Auckland' and one of them goes to my school, who has really famous parents (her dad owns the label World). And the article made her sound completely stuckup, but she said good stuff about my school.

Yes that movie sucked so bad. I own the DVD I never saw it on theatres, and I wanted to see it since I like the book. And I bought a ripped version, and it was crap. LL was crap. Ahhh.

Neither did I! But I wasn't even that tipsy. But it kinda helped. And I looove chocolate.

Yes, I echo those thoughts. My accounting teacher took my Sudoku book away from me since I wasn't doing any accounting work, and he started doing some puzzles.

That reminds me of in 10 Things I Hate About You when the teacher takes the pot from a student, and then takes the bag of cheetos of anothers desk

Jess, stop making me think of references to movies.

I have never seen it. I have considered seeing it a couple of times, yet choose not.
