Nope, actually you say it in French when the food you eat is very delicious. Sandwich??? It's in every European language I know just "sandwich"...even in Russian!

Not exactly in Spanish it's torta Well Mexican Spanish. You ask for a torta in Spain and they'll give you a piece of birthday cake, lol.
