Thanks, 12,2 is good, but the ratings is not as good as it should be. Last year (6. Season) it stood at 14. Therefore, the thoughts for a cancel the show. The ratings should be at 13 or better over this. CSI Miami creates it every week. I hope, the ratings be enough yet for an 8. Season. Two weeks ago was very good, 13,2!!!!

Jack no good memories of his father, therefore allow the memories to rest. It is the last episodes, maybe there is something happening ...

I'm sure the ratings have lost a bit, partly due to the time slot/day changes ... wouldn't you think?

Changing days and time slots for a show doesn't usually bode well for the ratings or the show continuing, but fingers crossed it'll be picked up again. Much as I complain that the last couple of seasons haven't been as good as the earlier ones, I still want to see more and I think WAT at least deserves a send off season that the writers know is the last (like The West Wing and ER got).
Maybe the should release the last 3 seasons on DVD if they need to make some money on the show. Come to that, maybe they should release seasons 3 & 4 on region 1 - I find it very strange that they're only available in region 2.

I think that WAT should go back to Thursdays after CSI. That was the BEST time slot for us.

We should apparantly know by 20th May whether WAT (and Cold Case) has been renewed, according to TV by numbers that's the date of CBS's upfront presentation to show it's fall schedule.

It´s was clear - so late 20th May, after the last episodes. Depending on how the decision in the relationship of J/S fails on 19th May, it can all think of things to come.

I think the decision has already fallen at CBS, because the end of the season already has been turned. There were also two more episodes shot as planned, suggesting an end of the show indicates. Also, the actor would have to externd the contracts finally signed. It will not happen overnight decided!!!
If they do, perhaps the ratings can still salvage something. But also the speed in the relationship J/S in the last few episodes suggets cancel out.

I agree, CBS will know what they're doing with all their shows by now. We might find out before the 20th (hopefully). For now I'm holding out for no news being good news, but I am a little nervous.
I don't really understand what happened with episodes 23 and 24. I know some websites listed that there were 22 episodes and others said 24, but I don't think CBS said anything either way, so maybe it was just a mistake by some sites.
