Well, I loved the episode even though the MP case was tragically sad. I thought the interaction between Medina and Jack was really good and you got a sense that Medina is starting to realise that the Jack behaves the way he does because it's the only way he can deal with the sometimes depressing outcomes of the cases.

There were better roles for Danny and Martin. We still didn't see much Elena or Viv really.

And so on to Jack and Sam. Wow, what a great scene by the elevator. Sam was obviously really pleased that Jack turned the job down and Jack was flirting outrageously with Sam. They have got to get it together soon, for the sake of my sanity.

Anyway, A really good ep all round IMO.

It was super sad
I'm glad too that Medina seems to be gaining a new perspective on the nature of the job, and perhaps that he will understand Jack more... Sometimes following the rules exactly isn't always the 'right' thing to do.

I still wish we had more Martin/Danny.... *sigh*

The elevator scene was a little bolder than I'd expected, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. The writers have ignored situations and relationships for too long... even if it isn't my favorite 'ship...

But I definitely agree... A good solid episode, w/ interesting developments and an interesting case.

I just finished watching the episode.

Very sad. I was a little choked up.

I definitely wanted more Danny. I LOVED that Martin turned down Medina.

The interaction between Medina/Jack was very good.

I also liked that Martin decided not to be Medina's little puppet... I was a little worried that the writers were aiming to make him a sore point for the team...
