I must admit that when her character Elena first joined the show, I didn't really like her. But the addition of her daughter and her relationship with Danny make me like her. I like her and Danny together.

I like Elena as well. If they write a good scenes for her and Danny, then I will be happy.

However, I don't like when Roselyn says that WAT fans didn't like the new "Latina" in season four. I don't think anyone had a problem with her being Latina. They had a problem with the fact that so many storylines were dropped that season and it seemed like everyone had less to do when she came into the picture.

But whatever...I think most people are used to her now. When Danny started to fall for her, I think she gained more fan because his fans want him to get more to do on the show.

Yeah, it had NOTHING to do w/ her being Latina. At least, for me, it didn't. And from what we've been talking about here w/ each other, I can safely say that others here didn't feel that way at all either.

can i be added, i like her in the show and roselyn herself, i don't why some people don't like her, but hey, i like her because her character is tough and funny sometimes...

hey, quick heads up by Roselyn's name is misspelt in the thread title. Her first name is spelt with an 'e' as opposed to an 'a'.

Here's a quick question for you. I know Roselyn joined the cast from Season 4 Episode 3 and onwards, but according to imdb, she's also credited for being in Season 3 Ep 12 "Penitence".

Is that an error on the part of imdb, or did her character show up briefly one eppy to be fully reintroduced the next season?

I think maybe she was introduced as a police officer in that one... but I'm not 100% sure... Hmmm...

Will have to keep an eye out for that episode on TNT
