Viv rocked so much in 9/11!
I love she can calm people down.

Ever notice that Marianne's NY Accent drops into British things sometimes?? I cant remember what word it was, but it should end with "a" but she says it with "er", I just find that amusing.

I am so glad you made mention of her performance in the 911 episode... I couldn't agree more... I love her look this season and her performance is on the money (as always)...

Hadn't noticed the accent thing, but that's not unusual for me... I usually don't notice accents unless they're 'full on'

yay! i adore MJB! i had no idea she was british until, like, 2 years ago! isn't amazing how people can change the way they talk like that? i watched her little video on cbs's website (which sucks, btw - hasn't been updated in like 3 years and all the pics are old and suck) and my jaw just dropped! she's a total brit! i love european accents . . . but then again, don't all us chicks?

and i just have to comment on something - i don't know if is still this way, but on imdb.com MJB was always listed *last* in the credits - even AFTER sanchez!!! there were even a couple eps where she was listed as a GUEST star! i emailed them about it and never got a response and it remained that way. i haven't looked in a while, though, so maybe they finally fixed it. totally 'd me off! she's like 2nd or 3rd on the show's opening credits! what a crock! i couldn't believe it! anyne know if they're all fixed, now?

I love accents period... though I do have one.. so people tell me...

If I watch a movie I find myself unwillingly trying to imitate them

It's a shame they haven't updated Marianne's video (or any of the casts for that matter...) Get going, CBS! Sheesh!

I haven't seen 9/11 yet.

Aww, Astra has an accent? I would love to hear it one day. Hee!

Marianne did a new movie

City of Ember (2008) (post-production) .... Clary

I read the first two books. They were pretty good. I don't remember, though, who Clary was.

It's a bit more of a kid book than adult, I would think, but it was still good. I think City of Ember was the first one and People of Sparks was the second. I think the third one came out a while back but I haven't picked it up.

He's 13 right? It's about that age level, I think. It was interesting. I'll go back one day and read the last one. I had just moved on to other things by the time it came out.

Yup.... He has lots of good books he hasn't read, but he's one of those kids who like to reread his older favorites...

*shrug* He has a summer reading book that he has to read, and I think he's liking it so far... He would like others too if he'd just give 'em a chance!
