| Okay- I just finished. I knew that Jack wasn't going to stay with his wife. I just had a feeling she would be alone in Chicago, but I really thought he was going to go there and then they were going to realize it wasn't working there. I am so mad at her though because Jack was really trying. I am not saying there was no blame on him, since he did have an affair, but he seemed to be really really trying. The case wasn't that great, IMO. I mean, it was good, but it wasn't season finale good. I am wondering if they are setting something up for that guy to help out next season in some way though. Oh, and did I call a triangle last week or what? I really think with the destruction of Jack's marriage he is going to be looking at Sam to be with him again... and now she is with Martin. I think Martin is the healthier choice, but that girl doesn't seem to be about those now does she? I think there is going to be some tension next year. And I am really looking forward to it!! | |||

| I liked the epi.... Not my fave but it was good... NikNak - That's where that little boy is from! I knew he looked familiar... And I watched that show too.... I like Martin and Sam together... I think they have nice chemistry... I missed the epi's with the affair between jack and Sam, so I don't know anything about what's gonna happen next.... | Well I didn't see that coming. With Jack's wife I mean. I thought he would go to Chicago, the marriage wouldn't work out and he would come back. This way is much worse - he's already given up his job and now his wife says to take a hike. Nice. Maybe he'll go to work for the Jon Tenney's rich guy character (who was definitely channelling Mel Gibson in "Ransom") or go back to New York - but will he buy working under Viv? Cause I'd hate to see her get demoted or moved. This episode had a lot of recognizable actors (to me at least) as guest stars too - in addition to Jon Tenney as the Dad, we had ST:Voy's B'Lanna Torres as the Mom, Tawny from Disney's Even Stevens as the daughter and Wesley's old girlfriend (the mobster's daughter) from Angel as the Coast Guard chick. I don't want to see it - but here comes the love triangle (the juxtapostion of Sam/Martin and Jack/Marie was obvious). Too bad. The only one of the 3 I feel sorry for is Martin. He deserves better than some mind games. | |||
