To answer the poll's question: While I would usually say that something like that is mean, I find it funny in this case, mainly because of Donald's expression. He doesn't look fazed in the slightest, and it's not like you actually see anything. From what little we've been told, it seems like the two of them are really strong in their relationship. I think if he asked her not to post it, she wouldn't have. I mean, look at him - he really doesn't look too concerned.

I'm the same, I didn't think it to be offensive. And while the Tweet may be deleted (didn't check, only the article said it was) the original photo is still on yfrog and since he's following his girlfriend on Twitter I'm sure he's very aware of it and probably okay with it . (I would never post a random paparazzi photo here btw. I detest those people.)#

From what I understand I don't think she has been "in" anything because she's no actress but she is/was something like a publicist/manager/producer of Jessica Simpson. No idea how Zach met her, maybe he hit on Jessica Simpson
