After 7 seasons Scrubs will be over.

-Turk/Carla have another baby- a boy.
-Keith/Elliot get married. -Dr. Cox becomes chief of medicine after Dr. Kelso retires. -Kim dies in labor and JD raises Sammy with Julie [I wish!] |

OK, I've thought about it and...
-Cox head of Medicine -JD and Elliot raising Sammy together, and on good terms with Kim -Turk and Carla happy together, they're just a great couple! -Ted finally gets a girlfriend -Keith finds himself a nice girl to substitute for Elliot -Doug finally "gets some" (poor thing!  )-The Todd and Kelso's son run away together. __________________

Having said that, Cox is much more settled with Jordan and his two kids than he was at the beginning of the series, so he may be able to be Chief and maintain his compassion. I know, I mean if you asked me during Season 5 I would have been so sure, but now it's kind of like, I'm pretty happy with how things are witht he characters at the moment. I think everyone is pretty much settled and sure about there life, Just JD and Elliot are confused, and for them I Obviously want them together.

Okay, put a lot of thought into this so here we go:
-J.D. and Elliot end up together raising Sam together with Kim. -Cox becomes the chief of medicine and finally finds the courage to admit he actually cares about J.D. -Turk and Carla continue their happy relationship, maybe have another kid, not sure if they are ready just yet. -Ted finally realizes his potential and becomes the successful attorney he always wanted to be, and gets the respect he disserves! -Doug either finds the strength and confidence to give his medical residency another shot, or becomes the youngest chief pathologist ever. -J.D.’s brother Dan returns as a successful working man. Saved the best for last... -The Janitor finally tells everyone his real name before leaving for L.A. to take a role on a new T.V. medical show as the edgy, but loveable Dr. Jan Itor! (and his name will be Neil Flynn.) __________________

Okay, I'll make my full list:
-JD and Elliot finaly get together ON THERE OWN TERMS, and have a mutual relationship with Kim -Dr. Cox and Jordan continue the way they are. -Little JD Grows Up to adore Big JD -Baby Jack grows up to Hate Big JD, but Won't do anything to him with Little JD around -Turk and Carla to stay happy. Maybe have another kid, whatever, as long as they are together. -Turk to get his wish, of having a "Turk Wing" at the hospital, and his Birthday to be a national Holiday. -Dr. Kelso to retire, and make Dr. Cox the Chief O' Medicine, -Dr. Kelso gets a vacation home in Hawaii and spends his days Relaxing with Enid (We see who she is) while The Todd and Harrison walk around the beech in there Banana Hammocks. -Tedd to try some kind of new shampoo, and his hair grows back, and he marries Hot Nurse Tisdale. She apparently likes her men Shiny... -The Janitor tells everyone his true name, and family, and everything about him, but still continues to haunt JD because that's what I love most about him. -Doug will always be Pee Pants. I like him that way. ...I don't know what I want for Keith...What do You guys want? __________________

I agree with you. I don`t either, But everything has to end sooner or later. It feels like All the things I like are ending...Harry Potter is ending this year, Scrubs is, That 70`s show did. It`s like it`s all gone.
But it`s better that it`s ending and now stretching out with a boring plot line... __________________
