You are both missing the point.

What is the use in going somewhere everyone agrees with you? I would rather debate the issue with people who think the new episodes are actually good. Then maybe I'd get an insight into why you still appreciate the show.

To take your advice would be like trying to reason with someone who is already on your side.

But your posts so far suggest you do not want to defend your corner, so I will not continue unless anyone wants to discuss it. Bill Lawrence, if you're reading this, don't feel disappointed that the show isn't funny anymore - I'm sure you're still getting paid for it.

And I like discussions, don't go to another forum.

Why go to a thread where BL reads and answers fan questions to bash his show or insult his writing?

That makes zero sense.

I can't even believe exfan's posts are even still in this thread.

I would not want for BL to visit this thread expecting to answer FAN questions and see bashing of his show. A show that he obviously loves and adores.

That's disrespectful and inconsiderate.

You don't like the show? Don't watch it. No one is making you watch it.

But this is a QUESTIONS thread. Your post has no questions. It's all bashing of ACTORS and storylines.

I thought bashing of ACTORS was not allowed on this forum, period.

Anyway, I LOVE this season of Scrubs. I think it's terrific. I think the actors are superb.

And I'm a HUGE JD/Elliot fan. So THANK YOU Bill Lawrence for getting them together.

They are perfectly imperfect characters who belong together. They've got flaws and all that. And are best friends. What's not to love about them?

Well, ya can't please everyone I suppose. Oh well. There just isn't much to debate there if I'm being honest. You either like it or you don't, you can't convince another one to hate it and you can't convince someone else to love it.

But yes, like Val said, this is Bill's question thread. He was kind enough to come here and post with us and answer questions. It's not a place to come and insult his writing. I respect your opinion of the new season, and that goes for everyone, as long as you talk about it in the appropriate place as well as some grace.

Don't know if this has already been posted (didn't see it yet), but this is quite an interesting blog article about a possible 9th season that Bill has in mind. I think I'd like the show to go on for just a bit longer
