I'm not good on shortform words..

I really missed Phoebe with someone she loved like Cole. I think Alyssa's acting in S8 with Coop wasn't as passionate as in s3-4 with Cole.

Yeah I agree. I think it would have been better to have brought Coop on for the whole season than rushing them into a relationship in the space of a couple of episodes.

We had at least 2 whole seasons with great material.

Yes, Julian did want to leave. There was an interview a while ago where he mentioned asking Brad Kern for a big exit because his career was really taking off. Brad has said many times that he never wanted Julian to leave.
