Phoebe's Daughter Chelsea is born.
Paige is pregnant with twins.
Piper Turns Wyatt,Chris and Melinda into kids because she is sick of cleaning up their messes,the nanny elf quit and Piper doesn't want her family or Billie look after them and she can't hire a nanny (mortal) for magical kids.
Leo becomes a whitlighter for the girls again.
Billie and the halliwels are gr8.
New characters will appear in the opening credits (theme is expanded).
Special guest stars will appear including: Shannen Doherty-Dorian Gregory-Tony Shalhoub and much more...
