I haven't been paying much attention to the world baseball thing, but I keep hearing about it because the rest of my family is big on baseball.

So excited that I have just over a week left until my quarter will be completely done!

If you haven't gotten into the WBC yet I think you should. Today has been another day to remember. The Netherlands has officially eliminated the Dominican Republic 2-1. They have been the heavy underdogs going into the tournament. The Dominicans have been considered one of the heavy favorites to win. Now they go home. The Dutch have only given up 7 runs in the 3 games they've played so far. Absolutely stunning!

Right now, the Cubans are losing to the Australians 4-3 in the 7th inning as I write this. This would be an even bigger upset if the Aussies hold them off. This can only be good for the sport in general.

By the way, I send my own congratulations to Jacqueline for the promotion. I knew you could do it! I always thought I made the right decision to accept you as my co-mod. Now my belief has been reinforced by the board admins.

Now you get to look over me. It can only be fun.

Yeah, there's an IKEA where I live as well. I occasionally go to buy the meatballs and the lingonberry jam. I also like the cookies, although I don't buy them frequently.

It only opened recently. They built it over in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn, right on the waterfront. There is a ferry that takes people there. Before, one had to drive out to Elizabeth, New Jersey, which is a pain.
