I watched th unaired pilot long ago.. Naturally we all think Alyssa was a better Phoebe becasue we all love her for it, but what really bugged me, that the episode was shorter than the endproduct.. at least that's what I remember.. in the end the stor was the same, so it wasn't that bad.. like for instance the TBBT unaired pilot, which I found very bad

I love that Phoebe as the youngest sister got the honors to discover their destiny and powers. I think she was the one who really needed a change and a reminder of that she is a good person.
