Charisma Carpenter has signed on to do a few episodes in Season 7 - playing an evil Seer. I will try to find the exact article, having trouble at the moment.

Charisma Carpenter on Charmed? Seems fitting, there have been a lot of actors/actresses from BtVS and Angel who later appeared on Charmed, and people from Charmed who later appeared in BtVS or Angel.

And, Charisma is great! I can't wait to see her again!

Not a prob

So far, she is signed on for 2 eps.

I guess her show (Play Nice - sooo cute) not getting picked up turned out to be a good thing for us Charmed fans lol. But it was kinda sad, b/c when I met her she was so excited about her sitcom...but evil seers are fun to play too

"Charmed" Charisma a Regular Cast Member ? From Eonline.com - 2004-08-21st More yumminess, though it’s hardly an Angel movie, we fans may have another reason to tune into the WB this fall. A rep at the network confirmed that Angel expat Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia) is indeed guesting on Charmed in the third and fifth episodes of the season, airing Sept. 26 and Oct. 10. She’s filming right now, and I’m hoping to speak with her to get the full scoop. For now I can tell you she’s playing a demonic seer (no connection to her role on Angel). According to the rep at the WB, there’s a possibility Charisma could end up as a regular, but for now, it’s just a guest appearance.
